Fashion - Kutchinsky Jewellery - See-through Watches - 1966
Kutchinsky, the jewellers, are introducing see-through watches to Britain, with three examples shown in the image. The fob watch, worn upside down as an earring costs 3, 250. It is set with baguette diamonds and sapphires, the fob being in round diamonds and sapphires. The model holds a wafer thin dress watch, priced at 1, 690. Intended to be worn around the neck, it is set with triangular sapphires to mark the hours and the movement is picked out with rubies and small diamonds. On a band around the model's throat is a wrist watch.
