Seventeen-year-old Judy Verity 'Miss Jamaica' meets some tough, but friendly characters, during a visit to Ealing Studios. She watched shooting on the new Michael Balcon comedy-thriller "The Ladykillers", and is pictured chatting with the star Alec Guinness (r), and the gang members (l-r) Herbert Lom, Peter Sellers and Danny Green. Judy, a model from Kingston, Jamaica, won a trip to Britain and a Rank screen test as one of the prizes in the Miss Jamaica competition.

Thirteen-year-old schoolgirl Anne-Marie Mallik, of Puttenham, Surrey, who plays Alice in BCC Television's "Alice in Wonderland". She is pictured with some of the stars of the show - (l-r) Alison Leggatt, who plays the Queen, Wilfrid Brambell, as the White Rabbit, and Peter Sellers, as the King of Hearts. Filming began at Albury Park, home of the Duke of Northumberland, where the croquet party scenes was being shot.
