The Golden Eagles in Edinburgh
100 musicians from Southeast Missouri State University Marching Band, The Golden Eagles, gather at Edinburgh's City Chambers Quadrangle to honour the Scottish capital's first citizen Lord Provost George Grubb, ahead of their appearance at this summer's showpiece Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

Music - The Snobs - Medenham Abbey, Marlow
Britain's newest beat group, "The Snobs". who wear 18th century dress, play at Medenham Abbey, near Marlow, Buckinghamshire, where today they made their first recording for Decca. The number "The Buckle Shoe Stomp", was written by two members of the group. "The Snobs" are all 17 years old and from Croydon in Surrey. They are (not in order) John Boulden, Eddie Gilbert, Colin Sandland and Peter Yerrell.
