Buildings and Landmarks - Waterloo Station - London - 1925
Waterloo Train Station. The London and South Western Railway (L&SWR) opened the station on 11 July 1848 when its mainline was extended from Nine Elms. The name on opening was 'Waterloo Bridge Station', from the nearby Waterloo Bridge across the Thames. In 1886 it officially became 'Waterloo Station'

Buildings and Landmarks - Windmill Home - East Bridgford, Nottinghamshire
Three wings have been built out on to the Stokes windmill, built circa 1828, at East Bridgford, Nottinghamshire, to give John and Hazel Price a home that is different. Pictures shows the keyhole shape lounge, with Columbian pine woodwork, with a copper chimney breast.

Weather - Flooding - Shrewsbury
Pontoons are guided on a rescue mission through the flooded streets of Frankwell, a riverside suburb of Shrewsbury. Pedestrians are able to use a raised walkway on the left. Large areas of the Severn Valley were underwater following heavy rains.
