Horse Racing - Julie Murless and Henry Cecil Wedding - St Mary's Church, Newmarket
Two of Britain's best-known racing families were linked today when Julie Murless, 24, and Henry Cecil, 23, were married at St Mary's Church, Newmarket. The bride is the daughter of trainer Noel Murless, of Warren Place, Newmarket, the bridegroom is the stepson of trainer Captain Cecil Boyd-Rochfort, of Freemason Lodge, Newmarket.

Botticelli wins at Royal Ascot
The Marchesa Incisa della Rocchetta's Botticelli, ridden by E. Camici, wins the Gold Cup for Italy as he strides to a length's victory in the race at the Royal Ascot meeting. Pounding into second place is Mr W. M. Jeffords' Blue Prince II ridden by W.H. Carr (4), and third is Mr Marcel Boussac's Elpenor, ridden by S. Boullenger. The Queen and other members of the Royal family watched ther race, which had been put forward a day at her Majesty's wish.
