Music - Adam Faith with Silver Disc

Adam Faith, one-time messenger boy and aspiring film editor and now a top 'pop' singer, pictured in London with his third Silver Disc, presented for a quarter-million sales of his recording of 'Lonely Pup'. Adam, who was born Terrence Nelhams in Acton, London, in 1940, shot to the top with his disc 'What Do You Want?'. At first, he wanted to become a film editor and worked for two years as a messenger boy while awaiting promotion to the cutting room.
