Harry and Frances Gilbert with their nine year old son Kristy having a picnic on the side of the road. The Gilbert family, from West Twyford, have been compelled to spend the last five days of their holiday in their parked caravan. They were due to spend their break away in Bournemouth but the clutch on their car, right, burned out on the Kingston by-pass.
Buildings and Landmarks - Windmills - Horsey
Though no longer used for drainage, this windmill at Horsey still finds a useful purpose - it's a focal point for visitors to the Norfolk Broads.The cut beside the mill leads to Horsey Mere, one of the finest pike-fishing grounds in Britain.
