The bronze cast, eight feet high, will go to Fulton, Missouri, and Mr. Belsky expects it to be erected in time for the 25th anniversary of Churchill's 'Iron Curtain' speech at Fulton. * 25/7/00: British-based Belsky died at the age of 79.
