Chancellor Garth Moore, the retired Chancellor of the Durham, Gloucester and Southwark Dioceses and a former chairman of the Legal Advisory Commission, with his cousin Penny Rawlinson and her 10-week-old son Anthony. They were outside Lambeth Palace Chapel where Moore was conferred with the Lambeth Degree of Doctor of Civil Law by the Archbishop of Canterbury Dr Robert Runcie. The degree recognises his Canon and Ecclesiastical Law services to the Church.
