Spitfire Air Show Preview - RAF Duxford - 1998
A Spitfire Mk VB in formation with a Spitfire Mk IXE (centre) and a Spitfire XIVE (Top) during a photocall over Duxford, Cambridgeshire today (Thursday). The three aircraft will be taking part in the Spitfire Air Show at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford this weekend. The show will be largest public gathering of Spitfires since the end of the Second World War.

Aviation - Royal Air Force Coronation Review - Odiham
Driving in an open top car past a line of de Havilland DH.112 Venom jet Fighters with American B-29 Superfortresses in the background, Queen Elizabeth II, accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh, carries out the Coronation Review of the Royal Air Force, at RAF Station, Odiham, Hampshire. With over 318 planes on the ground, and with over 600 taking part in a fly past, the review was the biggest parade of aircraft in the history of the service.
