Garage proprietor Norman Baalham with his wife and children, Sarah, 3, and Suzanne, 5, who have bought a dilapidated water mill by the River Gipping at Bromford, near Ipswich. Norman has been working on the conversion and repair of the property for six months and fears it will be at least another year before his family can take up residence.
