News - Honeymoon Photo Call - Ringo Starr and Maureen Cox - Hove, Sussex
Strolling hand-in-hand are Ringo Starr, the Beatles drummer, and his bride, the former Maureen Cox. They are pictured in the garden of the house in Princes Crescent, Hove, Sussex, lent them by solicitor David Jacobs for a short honeymoon. The couple were married at an early morning ceremony at Caxton Hall register office, London.

Landmarks - Windmill - Bourn, Cambridgeshire
Probably the oldest surviving windmill in England is this wooden postmill at Bourn, Cambridgeshire. It is known to have been in existence in 1636, and is scheduled by the Ministry of Works as an 'ancient monument' for preservation. It is very small, like the mills depicted in mediaeval illuminated manuscripts, and has the traditional straight sided roof.
